- Pre-fabricated with a free premium edge on three sides saving up to $15.00 per linear foot, other stores charge.

- Granite is pre-cut to 60" and 108" x 25.5" reducing waste and saving money.

- Island countertops are available pre-cut to 36" x 72".

- Island countertops are pre-fabricated with a free premium edge saving up to $270.00 per top.

- Our granite is currently priced as material only.  Installation is available at an extra cost starting at just 10$ per sf

- All of our granites are instock items and ready for installation.
